I can communicate effectively in three languages: German, French and English. For example, many guests of the restaurant where I work are from overseas or from other provinces and their first language is not English. I am able to speak with them and fufill their needs in their mother tongue.
I am competent using software such as Word, Excel, Minitab and Google Docs. For many of my university courses, I had to use these software applications for exams and assignments. I am familiar with Google Docs because my current employer uses this software to create schedules and to log orders, payments and other financial data. Moreover, I adapt quickly to any software environment.
I understand how to apply mathematical formulas in practical situations. I have succeeded in university calculus as well as in statistics, so I am familiar with introductory concepts in various areas of mathematics.
I can multitask effectively. I am able to balance school, work and social life (which currently is non-existent due to Covid-19). My job revolves around multitasking. As a bartender, I must make drinks for the entire restaurant, manage my entire section of tables (which is the biggest section in the restaurant), as well as ring in all of the takeout orders.
My interests are languages, social justice, politics, history, cosmetics, animals and traveling.
